Thesaurus Vault provides personal file-storage and file-management features. This policy explains the information used to provide the service.
Information you provide
When you create an account or use a vault, the service may process account details, authentication information, vault information, and files that you choose to upload.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide vault and file-management features, respond to support requests, maintain security, and operate the service.
Your files
You control the files you upload. Do not upload unlawful content or information you are not authorized to store. You may delete files through the app where that option is available.
Data sharing
Thesaurus Vault does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service. You may request account and associated server-data deletion by following the account deletion instructions.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet-based storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Thesaurus Vault is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You retain responsibility for files you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permission necessary to store and manage that content.
Service availability
Features, storage limits, and availability may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
Account action
Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address violations of these terms.
No guarantee
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Keep independent backups of important files.

Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Thesaurus Vault account and associated server data.
How to request deletion
- Email thesaurusvault@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line Thesaurus Vault Account Deletion Request.
- Include your Thesaurus Vault username. Do not include your password or vault password.
What will be deleted
After verification, the account and associated server-stored vault and file records will be scheduled for deletion, except information that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
